Exercise Referral Scheme

ER1_Referral_Form.docIf you need help to get healthier and more active or have a health condition you may be eligible for our exercise referral programme.   Maybe you haven't exercised for years and are nervous or don't know where to start. We can help.

Cost: small charge tailored to suit all pockets.

Maybe you have a health condition and are anxious about exercising.   Here at Zest, we understand how hard it can be to take those first steps!  Our friendly, experienced staff will support you to develop a personal programme that works for you and your lifestyle.

The Programme

At your first appointment we will chat to you about your health, your lifestyle, what stops you exercising, what you like doing and so on.  We will support you to develop a personal plan - it's your plan at your own pace.  We then support you to review your progress and change the plan as you become more confident and do more.

If you want to use our facilities (gym, pool or exercise classes) we have a team of trained exercise referral professionals who can support people with health conditions to exercise safely.  Alternatively you might want to do more exercise in your everyday life such as walking or gardening or try something new.  Whatever you want to do we can support you to to find the exercise that suits you.

To find out more about our programme contact Jean Kirby on 0114 270 2040 ext 225 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
