At Zest we can help you become more fit and healthy.  We offer advice and support in a way that suits you; whether you want one-to-one support or would like to meet new people and take part in group sessions.

One-to-one support

Our health trainers Nighat Ahmed and Sarah Longfield can give you free, confidential advice to help you get fitter, lose weight and become healthier. They can support you to find the help you need. For example, to:

  • Eat more healthily
  • Get more active
  • Watch your weight
  • Quit smoking.
  • Improve your mood if you are feeling low
