We have a number of women only sessions to help women to become more confident, fit and healthy. We run Women's Wellbeing workshops and we have several women only physical activity sessions each week including swimming, gym and exercise classes.
Women’s Wellbeing workshops
We run free workshops just for women that help you to get more active, eat more healthily and to relax. These workshops usually run weekly for two months.
Our next workshops start on Wednesday 9th November, 11am-1pm.

Family Health Workshops
Zest run Family Health Workshops on a regular basis for women to increase their understanding of family health and services available to them. These sessions include; First Aid Training, Common Childhood Illness and services available.

Sewing & Knitting Group
Due to popular demand Zest have now started a Sewing and Knitting group which takes place every Tuesday 12pm-2pm in the Children's library. Machines will be provided and all materials however we also encourage participants to bring materials/repairs from home too.
