121 Swimming Lesson Terms and Conditions
By booking 121 or 221 swimming lessons with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, establishing a binding agreement between you and Zest Centre. For the purpose of this agreement, ‘You’ includes the booking individual, the lesson attendee or the parent or guardian, henceforth Zest will referred to as (“We” or “Us”).
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions with reasonable notice to you.
Our 121 and 221 swimming lessons run on a weekly basis. They are organised into blocks of four sessions and take place in both term time and school holidays. We close during the festive period; dates will be advertised beforehand on our website and in the centre.
- Payment is taken at our reception desk using cash or credit/debit card.
- Payment is made upfront for both individual and block payments.
- Bookings cannot be transferred to another individual unless a direct sibling.
- Payment for the entire block is required; partial payments are not allowed.
Periodically, we conduct price evaluations and may adjust them accordingly. You will receive advance notification of any price modifications, typically with a notice period of four weeks
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation otherwise you will be charged for the lesson. To cancel a lesson, phone or text 07845 755000 or 0114 2702040.
Refunds for missed lessons due to illness or injury will only be provided if supported by medical proof.
Children aged between 5-14 will be offered 121 lessons for an initial maximum booking period of up to 6 months after which a transition into our regular group lessons will be offered.
Changes to your booking
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may have to cancel lessons at short notice. If a lesson is cancelled, we will inform you via text message. You will not be charged for this lesson.
We do not provide refunds for circumstances outside our control, such as traffic delays or unfavourable weather conditions, provided that the centre remains open.
If you or any accompanying individuals fail to comply with staff instructions, exhibit inappropriate behaviour toward team members or others, or cause damage to property, you may be excluded from participating in further swimming lessons.
