• Admission Policy

Our admissions policy is as follows:


One adult to one child under the age of 5 years old.


This means one adult is unable to bring 2 children under the ages of 5.

One adult to two children under the age of 8.  
 
This means one adult can bring one child under 5 and one child between the ages of 5-8 or two children between the ages of 5-8.  

If the child is between 8 and 10 years old and is a weak or non-swimmer they must be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 16)

Children aged 8 years and older may swim unaccompanied in the pool provided they demonstrate swimming ability. Lifeguards will conduct swim assessments if there are safety concerns. 

Failure to comply

Failure to comply to our rules consistently, staff will ask the whole family group to leave the premises. Please consult our Code of Conduct for further details.
