Enjoy a drink and a snack at this informal social drop-in session.

Optional activities have included live music, mindfulness, reminiscing about positive memories (activating the senses) and craft activities.

Listening ears of Zest staff members are also on offer at this relaxed dementia friendly group.

Both for people living with Dementia and their Carers.
