Annual Salary: £25,585 – £26,480 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week (part-time/job share considered)
Holidays: 25 days per annum (rising to 30), plus 8 bank holidays

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Keyworker to join our Zest for Work team. You’ll deliver high-quality, impartial Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to help individuals secure and sustain employment, access training, and connect with support services that enhance their overall wellbeing.
At Zest, customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will be working one-to-one and occasionally in group settings, such as facilitating a work club.
As part of this role, you’ll be working within a small, inclusive, and dynamic team, supported by dedicated volunteers, Zest’s wider wraparound services, and our leadership and management team. This well-established service has been running for over 20 years and is highly respected by customers, the local community, employers, and partner organisations across the city.
In addition to working at our vibrant Zest Centre, you’ll also be regularly out and about, meeting new customers at various outreach venues and events.
