Women Only Aqua Aerobics
This is an instructor-led class using water resistance to help tone your muscles and strengthen your aerobic capacity. These sessions are for women only. They are low impact and great for anyone with limited mobility.
The use of dumbbells and woggles make the class exciting and varied.
