  • If you need help to get healthier and more active or have a health condition you may be eligible for our exercise referral programme. Maybe you haven't exercised for years, are anxious or don't know where to start?

    Here at Zest, we understand how hard it can be to take those first steps! Our friendly, experienced staff will support you to develop a personal programme that works for you and your lifestyle.

Eligibility

Do you have one of these health conditions:

  • High Cholesterol Levels
  • Obesity
  • Hypertension
  • Controlled Diabetes
  • Depression or Stress
  • Anxiety Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Respiratory Disease
  • Back Pain
  • Osteoporosis
  • Neurological Disorders

Our Programme – What you get

  • 12 week activity programme
  • Confidential consultation about your lifestyle
  • A personal plan bespoke to you
  • Regular progress reviews
  • Trained exercise referral professionals to help you exercise safely
  • Unlimited gym and pool access

At your first appointment, we will chat to you about your health, your lifestyle, what stops you from exercising, what you like doing and so on. We will support you to develop a personal plan – it’s your plan at your own pace. We then support you and review your progress, change the plan as you become more confident and do more.

If you want to use our facilities (gym, pool or exercise classes) we have a team of trained exercise referral professionals who can support people with health conditions to exercise safely.

Alternatively, you might want to do more exercise in your everyday life such as walking or gardening or try something new.

The Cost

Our initial consultation is free

£70 for 12 weeks

Pay in 2 blocks of 6: £35 for 6 weeks
