At Zest we offer a super gym and a range of equipment so there is something to suit everyone. We have supportive staff and a relaxed, friendly environment. So whether you want to lose weight, improve your health, tone up or be more active, our gym can cater for your needs.

Women Only Gym

For ladies who prefer to exercise in a women only environment we also offer a dedicated gym for women.  The gym is fully equipped with a fantastic range of equipment, a stretching area and hydraulic weights equipment and a run by a female only staff team.   Our gym is supportive and motivating; and a place where women can ensure their fitness experience is enjoyable and rewarding.

Individual support 

At Zest we understand that everyone has different needs regarding their fitness and that’s why we provide an induction service. Not only will you be shown how to use the equipment but if you require, our coordinators will create a personalised exercise programme specific to your needs and fitness ability.

Our dedicated fitness coordinators are always on hand to answer any questions, carry out a fitness check, re-design your exercise programme or just to offer some help and advice.

Personal Programmes
We offer personal programmes for 6 weeks to help you improve your fitness levels and achieve the results that you want. Each programme is tailored specifically to your personal needs and goals.

If you are a member on a value direct debit (12 month contract) or pay annually you will get one 6 week personal programme for free. Ask at reception to book an appointment with one of our instructors.

The instructor will chat to you about what you want to achieve and by when and identify the steps to get you where you want to be over 6 weeks.

Thereafter an additional 6 week programme will cost £17.50.

We understand that price is an important issue therefore we believe our membership prices are one of the most competitive and flexible around.  We offer a diverse range of membership packages to suit your preference and lifestyle. You can choose from monthly and yearly memberships or pay as you go.
