Anxiety Management
The Anxiety Management is a psycho-educational course of 7 weekly sessions which focus on understanding what happens to our body, how to challenge and evaluate our thoughts and recognising triggers. The course aims to help you to build confidence in the self-management of your Anxiety and develop your own plan towards recovery.
Course Format
Weekly Sessions: 2 hours per week
- Week 1: What is Anxiety?
- Week 2: Physical Side effects
- Week 3/4: Thoughts
- Week 5: Behaviours
- Week 6: Emotions
- Week 7: Expert by experience and self-management

Managing Depression
The Managing Depression course is a psycho-educational course of 7 weekly sessions which focus on understanding symptoms and triggers of depression and what strategies can help improve low mood. The course aims to help you to build confidence in managing your mood and develop your own plan towards recovery.
