  • Swimming Lessons

    • Arrive punctually for the session, accessing changing rooms no earlier than 10 minutes beforehand. Late arrivals, more than 10 minutes after the lesson starts, may be denied entry to maintain the teaching environment.
    • Wait for instructions from the swimming teacher before entering the water.
    • Maintain responsibility for your child until the teacher takes charge at the lesson’s start and promptly collect them at the end. Parental responsibility resumes after the lesson.
    • Throughout lessons, parents/guardians are kindly requested to refrain from interrupting or engaging with the instructor, as well as avoiding actions that may divert the attention of the children.

Payment is due on the final week of each block (prior to your child’s final lesson starting). To ensure your child retains their place in lessons, payments should be kept up to date – reminder emails will be sent out when the next payment is required. If payment is not received in time, your child will be automatically removed from lessons by the swimming lesson system and we cannot guarantee another lesson slot will be available.  Zest reserves the right to remove your child from swimming lessons if payment is not received during the current payment block.
