    We have two lanes operating, we ask that you swim up one side and down the other. This allows for a more controlled session. You may swap lanes if one lane becomes too busy. Please be mindful when overtaking slower swimmers.

    Join us for a gentle walk around the local area, followed by optional hot drinks in Zest’s Pay-As-You-Feel cafe. Come dressed for the weather!

    Healthy refreshments, guest speakers on diverse topics, discussions & fun activities to learn and support manage diabetes type 2 better. Language translation support available.

  • Every Tuesday 1:30pm - 2:15pm

    Parent and toddler sessions are for babies and children below 5 years old who are not yet in full-time primary education.

    Adult Table Tennis  is open to anyone.

    After school club for ages 5-11 (though we’re flexible about this.)

    Learning to swim is an important life skill. Our swimming lessons are delivered by our friendly and experienced teaching team in a fun and engaging way to ensure that your child is safe and confident in the water.
